Memory Work Up Package
Memory screening is an assessment to check a patient’s memory and cognitive skills. It is recommended for those who have a family history of memory disorders.
Package Inclusions
- Laboratory tests
- CBC (Complete blood count)
- FPG (Screening for diabetes)
- Lipid Profile (Complete cholesterol test)
- BUN and Creatinine & eGFR (Tests to check renal function)
- %HbA1c (Average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months)
- MRI brain
- OPD Facility Fee
- Radiologist fee for results interpretation
- Neurologist fee for results interpretation
Package Exclusions
- Any additional treatments and services not included in the package such as medications for MRI
- Doctor’s fee of expenses incurred not included in the package.
- Inpatient services
- Nursing fee and take-home supplies and medications
